Home Massage in JVC A DHA-Licensed Therapist to Your Door, 24/7
Send us a WhatsApp message with a location pin and a therapist will be with you in about sixty to ninety minutes, with the table, the oils, and fresh linens. Sessions from AED 400, any hour, same price at midnight as at midday.
We are in Jumeirah Village Circle every day, and we know our way around it, which in this community is not a small claim.
Send Us a Location Pin. Seriously.
Every area in Dubai has one detail that decides whether a home service arrives on time. In the Marina, it is the building name. On the Palm, it is the first letter. In JVC it is a pin.
You already know why. JVC’s street numbering does not run in any order a visitor can follow; districts sit next to each other without obvious boundaries, several buildings share names or are known by their developer rather than their address, parts of the community are still under construction so the roads keep changing, and satellite navigation regularly sends drivers to a plot that has a different building on it than it did last year.
So we do not ask for an address. Drop a pin in WhatsApp, add the building name and your apartment number, and that is it. It takes four seconds, and it removes the only genuine logistical problem in this community.
Two more things that help if you have them: the nearest landmark Circle Mall, a particular park, a petrol station, and whether the building entrance is on the front or the back, because in JVC that is not always obvious from the street.
Our therapists work here constantly, so most of them will know your building already. The pin is for the ones who do not.
Three Things Living in JVC Does to a Body
The sofa is not a chair
JVC has a very high proportion of people who work from home freelancers, remote employees, people running small businesses out of a one-bedroom. Very few of them have a proper desk setup, because there is nowhere to put one.
So the laptop goes on the coffee table, or the sofa arm, or the bed. The neck bends downward for eight hours. One shoulder sits higher than the other because of where the trackpad is. The lower back stays rounded and unsupported. The hips never open because you have not stood up properly since breakfast.
What you feel is a tight band between the shoulder blades, a neck that does not turn as far one way as the other, and a lower back that complains for the first minute after you finally stand up. It builds gradually enough that most people stop noticing and start assuming it is normal.
It is not, and it responds well to focused work across the upper back, shoulders and neck.
Everything here is a drive
JVC has no metro station of its own. Whatever you do, you drive to it work, the gym, dinner, the airport. For a lot of people, that is forty minutes to an hour each way to Media City, Internet City, the Marina or DIFC, twice a day.
That is a second full session of sitting stacked on top of the first, with the added detail that driving is not passive. Your hands grip, your shoulders creep up, your neck holds a fixed position, and your right leg stays in one place for the entire journey. Hips and lower back take the rest.
The combination of desk and car is the single most common reason people in JVC book with us, and it is very treatable.
The gym is downstairs
Almost every building here has a gym, and that is mostly a good thing. The unintended consequence is that people train more often and rest less, because a rest day requires a decision when the gym is a lift ride away and free.
So you go again on a day you should not have, on legs that had not finished recovering, and the soreness stops resolving between sessions. Eventually training feels heavier than it should for no obvious reason.
A session focused on the legs, hips and lower back does more for that than another rest day, and most people find they train better the following week.
What That Means for What You Book
For desk and driving tightness, shoulders, neck, upper back, book deep tissue at sixty minutes and ask for the session to stay above the waist. An hour concentrated on the area that actually hurts beats ninety minutes spread evenly across a body where only one part is the problem.
For training soreness, heavy legs, tight hips, a body that is not recovering, book ninety minutes weighted to the lower half. Deep tissue if the tightness is well established, Balinese if you want firm work that is more pleasant while it happens.
If you are more worn down than sore, sleeping badly, mind will not switch off, generally depleted, book Swedish at ninety minutes. It is lighter, full body, and aimed at settling you rather than at working tissue. This is the right first booking for most people who have never had a professional massage.
If you feel stiff and restricted rather than knotted, book Thai. Assisted stretching on a floor mat, through clothing, no oils, aimed at movement.
If there are two of you, book a couples massage: two therapists, two tables, one session at home.
Not sure which? Describe it in your message. We will tell you what to book, including when the shorter and cheaper session is the right answer.
And if pain is sharp, came on suddenly, or has not shifted in several weeks, see a doctor before booking a massage. We are a spa service, and some things need looking at properly first.
Getting Into Your Building
Straightforward almost everywhere in JVC.
No registration in most buildings. Your therapist goes up as any visitor would. Some buildings have a watchman or a reception who prefer to know — a word from you handles it, and telling us the building at booking means we can send you the therapist’s name in time.
The table goes in any lift. It folds flat and is carried like a large case. JVC buildings are mostly low to mid rise with ordinary passenger lifts and none of them present a problem. It goes up stairs easily too if your lift is out, which in a newer building occasionally happens.
Townhouses and villas. Same thing, minus the lift. If you are in a gated cluster, leave the therapist’s name with security.
Parking is genuinely easy here, which is a relief after writing about the Marina and Bur Dubai. Most buildings have visitor bays and street parking is available. Nothing needs arranging.
Arrival is unremarkable. Professional clothing, a folded table, a kit bag. Nothing about it draws attention in a JVC lobby.
What It Costs
No travel charge to Dubai JVC. No late-night surcharge. No difference between a villa in Golf Place and an apartment in Park Heights.

Paying
Nothing is taken in advance. You pay when the session is finished, by whichever method suits you.
Cards and wallets:
Visa and Mastercard, credit or debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe payment link or Ziina if you would rather not hand over a card.
Transfers:
Botim, Ziina, or direct bank transfer.
Cash, in any currency.
Dirhams obviously, but also US dollars, pounds sterling, euros, Indian rupees, Australian and New Zealand dollars, and essentially any other world currency. Useful if you have just arrived, have guests staying, or simply have foreign notes sitting in a drawer from the last trip.
Ask your therapist if you want a receipt.
Room for the Table
About two metres by two metres of clear floor. A JVC one-bedroom manages that once a coffee table is pushed against the wall, and a studio manages it too. You do not need a spare room.
The living room is usually easiest. If you work from home, use a different room than the one you work in if you can it makes a bigger difference to switching off than it sounds like it should.
Nothing needs providing. Table, oils, fresh linens and music all come with the therapist. Drink water, skip a heavy meal in the hour before, and mention any injury, recent surgery, pregnancy, high blood pressure, or medication affecting circulation when you book. There is a short conversation before anything starts.
Who We Send
A massage works better when you can talk to the person giving it. Pressure, sore spots, what to leave alone, when something is too much if that exchange is hard work, the session quietly gets worse, because you say less than you should and the therapist adjusts less than they should.
So we match on language and training background as well as technique. Our team includes therapists trained in Thai, Indian, Filipino, Russian, Arabic, Japanese, Chinese and European traditions. Ask for a language when you book.
Before you confirm, you get the therapist’s name, photograph, specialisation and DHA licence number. Every number is published on our therapist page so you can check it yourself.
The person named in your confirmation is the person who arrives. If someone else turns up, do not let them in and you owe nothing.
The Booking, Start to Finish
Message us on WhatsApp. Send the PIN, the building name, the apartment number, what you want and for how long, the time, and whether you would prefer a male or female therapist and a particular language.
About thirty minutes later, you get a confirmation: name, photo, specialisation, licence number, and an arrival estimate. Nothing is booked until you say yes.
Your therapist arrives with everything, sets up in a few minutes, has a short conversation about what you want from the hour, and delivers it. Afterwards you get plain aftercare water, a stretch or two if they are relevant to what they found, and an honest answer on whether this is worth repeating or was a one-off.
Five Things Worth Knowing About Us
We publish our licence numbers. Everyone in this market claims DHA-licensed therapists. We let you verify ours before anyone comes to your home.
The full rate card is on this page. No quote-on-request, no night surcharge, no travel fee, no upsell at the door.
You approve the therapist before they arrive. Name, photo, specialisation, language not whoever is free.
We will tell you to book the cheaper session when the cheaper session is the right one. A focused hour beats an unfocused ninety minutes, and we would rather you came back than spent more once.
We are a team, not an app. Booking platforms hand you to whichever independent provider accepts the job. We vet ours, stand behind them, and rebook you free if a session falls short.
Around JVC
We cover the whole neighbourhood and everything bordering it: Jumeirah Village Triangle next door, Motor City, Dubai Sports City, Arjan and Dubai Production City, Al Barsha and Barsha South, and Dubai Hills, a short run across Al Khail. Dubai Marina, JLT, and Downtown are all covered around the clock, and our massage service across the city reaches everywhere in between.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does a home massage cost in JVC?
Sessions start at AED 400 for sixty minutes of deep tissue or Balinese, and AED 450 for sixty minutes of Swedish, Thai, hot stone, or full body relaxation. Ninety minutes start at AED 550 and two hours at AED 700. Couples massage with two therapists starts at AED 800. The price covers the therapist, table, oils, linens, setup, and travel. No delivery charge, no night surcharge, no setup fee.
How do I make sure the therapist finds my building?
Send a location pin on WhatsApp along with the building name and apartment number. JVC street numbering is difficult to follow, and satellite navigation is frequently wrong here, so a pin is far more reliable than an address. Adding the nearest landmark and whether the entrance is at the front or back of the building helps too.
How quickly can a therapist reach JVC?
Usually sixty to ninety minutes from confirmation, and confirmation takes around thirty. We work in JVC daily, so availability here is good at any hour, including overnight.
Do you come to townhouses and villas in JVC as well as apartments?
Yes, all three. For a gated cluster, leave the therapist’s name with security as you would for any visitor we send you the name at confirmation.
What should I book if I work from home all day?
A sixty-minute deep tissue session focused on the upper back, shoulders and neck. Working from a sofa or a bed keeps the neck bent forward and the lower back unsupported for hours, and the tightness concentrates above the waist. An hour of concentrated work there does more than ninety minutes spread across the whole body. If you are more worn down than sore, or sleep is the bigger issue, Swedish massage is the better choice.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe payment links, Botim, Ziina, and bank transfer. Cash is accepted in UAE dirhams or in any major world currency including US dollars, pounds sterling, euros, Indian rupees and Australian and New Zealand dollars. Payment is taken after the session, never in advance.
Can I request a female therapist?
Yes, and it is guaranteed rather than requested. Gender preference is confirmed at booking, and the therapist named in your confirmation is the one who arrives. Male therapists are equally available.
Can I book a therapist who speaks my language?
Yes. Our team includes therapists from Thai, Indian, Filipino, Russian, Arabic, Japanese, Chinese and European backgrounds. Ask when you book, and we will match you where availability allows.
Is home massage legal in Dubai?
Yes, when the service is delivered by therapists licensed by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA). Massage in the UAE is a regulated activity, and legitimate providers are required to work with DHA-licensed therapists rather than informal freelancers. Every therapist we send holds a valid DHA licence, and we publish their licence numbers on our therapist page so you can verify them yourself before you book something we would encourage you to do with any provider you consider.
How much space do I need in a JVC apartment?
Roughly two metres by two metres of clear floor. A one-bedroom or a studio is enough once a coffee table is moved against the wall.
I train in my building gym most days and feel constantly sore. What helps?
A ninety-minute session weighted to the legs, hips, and lower back. Training frequently without enough recovery leaves soreness carrying over from one session to the next, and focused work on the lower half usually does more than another rest day. Mention your training pattern at booking so the therapist plans the time accordingly.
Do you work late at night in JVC?
Yes, twenty-four hours a day, every day, including public holidays, at the same rate as a daytime session.
