Home Massage in DIFC: A DHA-Licensed Therapist at Your Apartment or Residence
Sessions from AED 400, any hour of any day, at your address in DIFC. Table, oils, and fresh linens arrive with the therapist. Licence numbers published in advance, rates published on this page, payment taken afterwards.
You Have Probably Had Better Massages Than Most People in Dubai
That is not flattery; it is the reason this page reads differently from the rest of our site.
If you work in DIFC, you have likely had massages in Singapore, London, Hong Kong, and half a dozen hotel spas in between. You know the difference between a therapist who can actually work deep and one who is pressing harder and calling it deep tissue. You have had a genuinely excellent session somewhere and spent years not quite finding it again.
So we are not going to explain what Swedish massage is or tell you that stress is bad for you. What follows is the information you would actually use to decide whether to book us: what to ask any provider in this market, and what our answers are.
What to Ask Any Home Massage Provider in Dubai and Our Answers
Can I verify the therapist's licence?
Ask this first. Every home massage service in Dubai advertises DHA-licensed therapists. Almost none of them will give you a number, and a claim you cannot check is not a credential.
We publish every therapist’s DHA licence number on our therapist page, and you receive the number of your assigned therapist before you confirm the booking, alongside their name, photograph and specialisation. Check it against the DHA register if you want to. As far as we can find, no other home massage service in this market lets you.
Will the person you show me be the person who arrives?
This is the failure people encounter most often and complain about least, because by the time someone else is standing at the door, it is easier to go through with it.
The therapist named in your confirmation is the therapist who arrives. If someone else does, turn them away and you owe nothing. No explanation required and no charge.
Is the quoted price the final price?
Our full rate card is on this page. There is no travel charge, no setup fee, no late-night surcharge, and no premium for a DIFC address or a hotel residence. Nothing is taken when you book; you pay at the end.
If a provider will not publish rates, or quotes a from-price without a rate card, assume the number will move.
Can I specify the modality and the pressure, or do I get what is available?
You specify. Treatment, duration, pressure, and the areas you want the time spent on. If you want sixty minutes entirely on the upper back and shoulders and nothing else, say so and that is what the session will be.
You can also request the therapist’s gender and their language, and both are confirmed rather than treated as preferences. For a session where you need to be precise about pressure and about what to avoid, being able to have that conversation properly matters more than most people allow for.
What happens if the session is not good?
Tell us, and we rebook you with a different therapist at no charge.
The honest context: therapist and client fit is real, and even a very good practitioner is occasionally wrong for a particular person. A provider who claims that never happens is not being straight with you. What matters is what they do about it.
How late do you actually operate?
Twenty-four hours, genuinely, at the same rate throughout. A session at one in the morning after a deal closes costs what a session at one in the afternoon costs.
This is worth testing with any provider. “Late bookings available” and “we operate at 2 am on a Tuesday” are different propositions.
The DIFC Pattern
Three things show up in almost every session we run here, and they compound on each other.
The desk, which you already know about. Ten to fourteen hours at a screen leaves the neck holding a forward position, the upper back tight across a band between the shoulder blades, and the hips shortened from sitting. Standard, treatable, and better addressed with an hour of focused work than a spread-out full body session.
The travel, which is different from a holiday flight. Someone flying to London, Singapore or New York monthly is not recovering between trips the way an annual holidaymaker does. It accumulates: a body clock that never fully settles, sleep that is light for a few nights after every leg, legs that feel heavy, and a lower back that stiffens on long-haul and does not entirely let go before the next one. Booking on the evening you land, rather than waiting until you feel normal again, does considerably more than most people expect, and the reason is straightforward, in that the massage gives the body a reason to drop into sleep on the night when it is most resistant to doing so.
The cycle, which is the part nobody plans around. Quarter end, a deal close, trial preparation, audit season, a fundraise. These are predictable periods of very long days followed by a return to something normal, and the usual pattern is to abandon anything resembling maintenance during the crunch and resume afterwards.
That is backwards. The crunch is when the tension accumulates fastest, and an hour in the middle of it does more than three sessions after it has ended. Book during, not after. If you are in a bad three weeks, book weekly for those three weeks and stop when they stop.
If pain is sharp, sudden, or has not shifted in several weeks, see a doctor before booking a massage. We are a spa service, and some things need looking at properly first.
Your Building
DIFC divides into three access situations, and all three are routine for us.
Residential towers: Index, Central Park Towers, Sky Gardens, Limestone House, Liberty House, Burj Daman, Park Towers and the rest. Most require nothing; your therapist goes up as any visitor would. Some have a manned reception that prefers visitors announced, which is a one-minute call from you. Name your building when you book, and we will get you the therapist’s name in time.
Hotel residences and serviced apartments. Concierge-managed buildings generally prefer a visitor announced at the desk. Our therapists arrive in professional clothing with a folded table, and this is an entirely ordinary arrival; there is nothing about it that requires managing. Give us the property and your apartment or room number.
Hotel rooms and suites. Same process, same rate. No in-room premium, no service charge added, and we are available long after the hotel spa has closed. If you are in DIFC for a few nights between flights, this is usually the most efficient hour you will spend.
Practical notes for all three: the table folds flat and travels in the passenger lift, so no service lift booking or building approval is needed. Visitor parking in DIFC is structured and paid; give us the building name, and it is handled before arrival. And Gate Village addresses in particular benefit from an apartment or unit number rather than just a building.

Visa and Mastercard, credit or debit. Apple Pay. Google Pay. A Stripe payment link if you would prefer not to hand over a card. Botim, Ziina or direct bank transfer.

Receipts on request.
Setting Up in a DIFC Apartment
The table needs roughly two metres by two metres of clear floor. A DIFC one-bedroom or a hotel suite manages it once a coffee table or luggage rack is moved. No spare room required.
Two things that improve the session and cost nothing. Use a room you do not work in; if you have the choice, the separation matters more than it sounds like it should. And turn the overhead lighting down; lying face-up under spotlights is the most common small complaint we hear anywhere in the city.
Everything else arrives with the therapist: table, oils, fresh sanitised linens, music if you want it. Skip a heavy meal in the hour before, drink water, and mention any injury, recent surgery, pregnancy, high blood pressure or medication affecting circulation when you book. A short consultation runs before anything begins.
The Therapists
Our team includes therapists trained in Thai, Indian, Filipino, Russian, Arabic, Japanese, Chinese and European traditions, and specialisations vary considerably within that. Someone whose strength is deep remedial work is a different practitioner from someone whose strength is relaxation, and we tell you which you are getting rather than sending whoever is free and hoping the fit works.
You receive the name, photograph, specialisation and DHA licence number before you confirm. Request a gender, request a language, request a particular focus; all three are confirmed at booking, not treated as hopeful preferences.
If you find a therapist who suits you, ask for them by name next time. Most of our regular DIFC clients book the same person, and continuity is worth more in this work than people assume a therapist who already knows your shoulders starts the session further along.
From Message to Session
WhatsApp us with the treatment, the duration, your building and apartment number, the time, and any preference on gender, language, or focus area.
Confirmation comes back in roughly thirty minutes: name, photograph, specialisation, DHA licence number, arrival estimate. Nothing is committed until you approve it.
The therapist arrives with everything, sets up in a few minutes in whichever room you choose, confirms what you want from the session, and delivers it. Afterwards, you get brief, practical aftercare and an honest view on frequency, including when the answer is that you do not need to book again for a while.
Outside DIFC
We work across the surrounding districts, with Downtown Dubai and Business Bay immediately adjacent, Trade Centre, Za’abeel, and Jumeirah 1 within minutes, and Bur Dubai across the way. Dubai Hills, JVC, the Marina, JLT and Palm Jumeirah are all covered around the clock. Wherever you are, you can book a massage anywhere in Dubai on the same terms.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does a home massage cost in DIFC?
Sessions start at AED 400 for sixty minutes of deep tissue or Balinese, and AED 450 for sixty minutes of Swedish, Thai, hot stone, or full body relaxation. Ninety minutes start at AED 550 and two hours at AED 700. Couples massage with two therapists starts at AED 800. The rate is identical across DIFC with no travel charge, no hotel premium, and no late-night surcharge, and payment is taken after the session.
Can I verify that the therapist is actually DHA-licensed?
Yes. We publish every therapist’s DHA licence number on our therapist page, and you receive your assigned therapist’s number before you confirm the booking, along with their name, photograph and specialisation. You can check it against the DHA register yourself. Most providers in this market claim DHA licensing; as far as we can find, none of the others publish verifiable numbers.
Will the therapist shown in my confirmation be the one who arrives?
Yes. If a different therapist arrives, turn them away, and you owe nothing. No explanation is required, and no charge applies.
Can I request a specific therapist for repeat bookings?
Yes, by name. Most of our regular DIFC clients book the same therapist each time, and continuity is genuinely valuable; a therapist who already knows your shoulders begins the session further along than one starting from nothing.
Do you come to hotel rooms and hotel residences in DIFC?
Yes, to hotel rooms, suites, branded residences and serviced apartments. The rate is the same one a resident pays, with no in-room premium or service charge, and we are available long after hotel spas have closed. Concierge-managed buildings generally prefer a visitor announced at the desk, which takes a word from you.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe payment links, Botim, Ziina and bank transfer. Cash is accepted in UAE dirhams or in any major world currency including US dollars, pounds sterling, euros, Indian rupees and Australian and New Zealand dollars. Payment is always taken after the session.
I travel for work every month. When should I book?
On the evening you land, rather than waiting until you feel normal again. Frequent business travel does not allow the recovery an occasional holiday flight does, and the accumulated effect is light sleep for several nights after each leg, heavy legs and a lower back that stiffens in transit. A session on the arrival evening gives the body a reason to drop into sleep on the night it is most resistant to doing so.
Should I book during a busy period or wait until it is over?
During. The instinct is to abandon maintenance through a quarter end, a deal close, or trial preparation and resume afterwards, but that is when tension accumulates fastest and an hour in the middle of it does more than several sessions after it has ended. If you are in a difficult three weeks, book weekly for those three weeks and stop when they stop.
Can I ask for the session to focus only on one area?
Yes, and for most people here it is the better choice. Specify the area, the pressure and the duration at booking. Sixty minutes concentrated on the upper back, shoulders and neck does more than ninety minutes distributed evenly across a body where only one region is the problem.
Can I request a female therapist?
Yes, and it is guaranteed rather than requested. Gender preference is confirmed at booking, and the therapist named in your confirmation is the one who arrives. Male therapists are equally available.
Is home massage legal in Dubai?
Yes, when the service is delivered by therapists licensed by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA). Massage in the UAE is a regulated activity, and legitimate providers are required to work with DHA-licensed therapists rather than informal freelancers. Every therapist we send holds a valid DHA licence, and we publish their licence numbers on our therapist page so you can verify them yourself before you book something; we would encourage you to do this with any provider you consider.
What if the massage is not good?
Tell us, and we rebook you with a different therapist at no charge. Therapist and client fit is real, and even a strong practitioner is occasionally wrong for a particular person. What matters is what a provider does about it.
Do you operate late at night in DIFC?
Yes, twenty-four hours a day, every day, including public holidays, at the same rate as a daytime session. A one in the morning booking is ordinary here.
