Home Massage in Al Barsha To Your Villa, Apartment or Hotel Room
A DHA-licensed therapist comes to you anywhere in Al Barsha, with the table, the oils and fresh linens. Sessions from AED 400, any hour of any day, at the same rate whether it is two in the afternoon or two in the morning.
Tell us which Barsha you are in, and we will be there in about sixty to ninety minutes.
Al Barsha Is Really Several Neighbourhoods
Worth a sentence each, because they need different things from us.
Al Barsha 1 is the busy one: apartment buildings, Mall of the Emirates, and a dense strip of mid-range hotels behind it. Al Barsha 2 and 3 are predominantly villa areas, mostly large and mostly family homes, many of them lived in for years rather than months. Al Barsha South is newer apartment communities spreading towards Arjan.
Between them, they hold one of the most settled populations in Dubai. People do not pass through Al Barsha; they stay. That changes what the bookings look like, which is what the next section is about.
Four Times People in Al Barsha Book Us
After a day at Ski Dubai
Nowhere else in the city produces this particular soreness, and almost nobody plans for it.
An afternoon on the slope inside Mall of the Emirates uses muscles that a life in Dubai does not otherwise trouble. Skiing holds the quadriceps in constant tension for the entire run and loads the lower back through every turn. Snowboarding is harder on the shoulders, the wrists and the hips, and if you are a beginner you spend a great deal of the session getting up off the snow, which the whole body registers the following morning.
Add the cold. Muscles work differently at temperature; most people do not warm up properly before stepping onto a slope in a shopping centre, and you go straight from the cold into a heated mall and then into a car.
What follows the next day is heavy, burning thighs, a stiff lower back, and sore shoulders if you were on a board. A session weighted to the legs, hips, and lower back is the right response, and booking the evening after rather than the same night usually works better.
If you actually hurt yourself falling, a wrist, a knee, or a shoulder that does not feel merely sore, see a doctor before booking a massage. We are a spa service, and an injury needs looking at properly first.
When family are visiting
This is more common in Al Barsha than anywhere else we work, and it is one of our favourite bookings.
Relatives come for two weeks or two months. Parents, in-laws, siblings, usually off a long flight from India, Pakistan, the Philippines, the UK or elsewhere in the Gulf, often older, frequently exhausted and not saying so. Taking them to a spa is a production. Having someone come to the house is not.
Two things make this work better with us than with most providers. The first is that you can request a therapist who speaks their language for a visiting parent with limited English; being able to say softer, there, that is enough in their own language, is not a nicety; it is the difference between a good hour and an uncomfortable one. The second is that you choose the therapist’s gender and see their photograph, name and DHA licence number before anyone arrives, which matters when you are inviting a stranger into a house with your parents in it.
For an older or tired visitor, book Swedish rather than deep tissue, ninety minutes, and mention their age and anything they take medication for when you book.
After the third school run of the day
Al Barsha has an unusual concentration of schools, and the parents here spend a remarkable number of hours in a car because of it.
Drop-off, pick-up, an activity run, and back again. Each leg is short, and none of them feels like much. Together they are three or four hours a day of sitting in traffic with your hands on a wheel, your shoulders slightly raised, and your neck fixed in one position, and then you carry a bag and a child on one hip for the rest of it.
What that produces is tightness across the upper back and one shoulder sitting higher than the other, which almost everyone notices and almost nobody does anything about. Sixty minutes of focused work across the shoulders, neck and upper back does more for it than any amount of stretching in a car park.
When your hotel does not have a spa
Al Barsha holds one of the biggest clusters of mid-range hotels in Dubai, mostly behind and around Mall of the Emirates, and a great many of them have no spa at all. Some have a gym and a rooftop pool and nothing else.
If you are staying in one of them, we are not competing with your hotel’s treatment menu. We are the option. Same price a resident pays, no in-room premium, no service charge, and available at eleven at night when you have finally stopped working or at six in the morning before a flight out of DXB.
Send the hotel name and your room number. Our therapists are in these hotels constantly, and the arrival is entirely routine.
What to Book
Legs, hips and lower back after Ski Dubai, after a long drive, after training. Ninety minutes, deep tissue if the tightness is established, Balinese if you want firm work that is easier to sit through.
Shoulders, neck and upper back: the school run, the desk, the phone. Sixty minutes of deep tissue, and ask for the session to stay above the waist. A focused hour beats an unfocused ninety minutes.
Tired rather than sore: jet lag, broken sleep, a visiting parent, a long stretch of not stopping. Swedish, ninety minutes, full body, lighter pressure.
Stiff rather than knotted Thai, on a mat, through clothing, no oils, aimed at movement rather than muscle.
Two of you couples massage, two therapists, two tables, at home.
Unsure? Describe it in the message, and we will tell you what to book, including when the shorter session is the right one.
Villas, Buildings and Hotels
Three situations in Al Barsha, all straightforward.
Villas in Barsha 2 and 3. Nothing to arrange beyond the address. Your therapist parks outside and comes to the door. If your street is one of the ones where the numbering gets confusing, and there are a few, send a location pin with it. Space is never an issue in a Barsha villa; the useful question is which room, and the answer is the quietest one rather than the largest.
Apartment buildings in Barsha 1 and South. No registration in most of them. Some have a watchman or reception who prefer to know, which a word from you handles. The table folds flat and travels in any passenger lift, so no service lift booking or building approval is needed. Tell us the building name and apartment number.
Hotels around Mall of the Emirates. Send the property name and room number. Some front desks prefer a visitor announced, which takes a moment at reception. There is no premium on the rate and no service charge added.
Parking is generally easy across Al Barsha, which is not something we can say about most of the areas we cover.

And How to Pay
At the end of the session, never before. Nothing is charged when you book.
Visa and Mastercard, credit or debit. Apple Pay. Google Pay. A Stripe link if you would rather not hand over a card. Botim, Ziina or direct bank transfer.
Cash also works, in dirhams or in any currency you have: dollars, pounds, euros, Indian or Pakistani rupees, Philippine pesos, Australian or New Zealand dollars. Particularly useful when relatives are visiting and arrive with money they have not changed.
Receipts on request.
Where the Table Goes
About two metres by two metres of clear floor. Every Al Barsha villa manages it easily, and every apartment manages it once a coffee table is moved aside.
In a villa, pick the quietest room rather than the largest; a guest room or a study beats an open living area, particularly if there are other people in the house, which in Al Barsha there usually are. If you are booking for a visiting relative, give them a room with a door that closes and let them have the hour to themselves.
Turn the overhead lighting down if you can. Lying face-up under spotlights is the most common small complaint we hear anywhere.
Everything else comes with the therapist: table, oils, fresh sanitised linens, music if you want it. Drink water, avoid a heavy meal in the hour before, and tell us at booking about any injury, recent surgery, pregnancy, high blood pressure or medication affecting circulation. A short conversation happens before anything starts.
Picking the Right Therapist
A massage depends on being understood. Where it hurts, how much pressure, what to leave alone, when something is too much if that conversation is difficult, the session quietly gets worse, because the client says less than they should and the therapist adjusts less than they should.
In Al Barsha, this matters more than in most of the city, because so many of our bookings here are for someone other than the person doing the booking. Our team includes therapists trained in Indian, Filipino, Thai, Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Japanese and European traditions, and you can ask for a particular language when you book.
Before you confirm anything, you receive the therapist’s name, photograph, specialisation and DHA licence number. Every number is published on our therapist page so you can check it yourself. Every home massage service in Dubai claims DHA-licensed therapists; as far as we can find, none of the others will show you the numbers.
The person named in your confirmation is the person who arrives. If someone else does, do not let them in and you owe nothing.
Booking It
Message us on WhatsApp with the treatment and length, your villa address, building and apartment, or hotel and room number, the time you want, and whether you would prefer a male or female therapist and a particular language. Add a location pin if you are in a villa on one of the trickier Barsha streets.
Confirmation comes back in about thirty minutes: name, photograph, specialisation, DHA licence number and an arrival estimate. Nothing is booked until you approve it.
The therapist arrives with everything, sets up in a few minutes in the room you choose, has a short conversation about what the session should focus on, and delivers it. Afterwards, you get straightforward aftercare water, a stretch or two if they are useful, and an honest view on whether this is worth repeating.
Our Side of the Deal
Published licence numbers. Everyone claims DHA-licensed therapists. We let you verify ours before anyone comes into a house with your family in it.
The whole price list is on this page. No quote-on-request, no night surcharge, no travel charge, no hotel premium, no upsell at the door.
You approve the therapist’s first name, photograph, specialisation, gender, language. Not whoever is free.
We will tell you to book the cheaper session when a focused hour beats a spread-out ninety minutes. We would rather you came back.
A team, not an app. Booking platforms hand you to whichever independent provider accepts the job. We vet ours, stand behind them, and rebook you free if a session falls short.
The Rest of the Map
We are all over this side of the city: Barsha Heights and Tecom next door, Al Quoz and Umm Suqeim either side, Jumeirah Village Circle and Arjan out towards Al Khail, and Dubai Hills a few minutes east. Dubai Marina, JLT and JBR are a straight run down Sheikh Zayed Road, with Downtown and Business Bay the other way. Wherever you are, our home massage team covers it.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does a home massage cost in Al Barsha?
Sessions start at AED 400 for sixty minutes of deep tissue or Balinese, and AED 450 for sixty minutes of Swedish, Thai, hot stone, or full body relaxation. Ninety minutes start at AED 550 and two hours at AED 700. Couples massage with two therapists starts at AED 800. The rate is the same across Al Barsha with no travel charge, no night surcharge and no hotel premium, and payment is taken after the session.
What should I book after a day at Ski Dubai?
A ninety-minute session weighted to the legs, hips and lower back. Skiing holds the thighs under constant tension and loads the lower back through every turn, while snowboarding is harder on the shoulders, wrists and hips, especially for beginners who spend a lot of the session getting up off the snow. Deep tissue suits established tightness; Balinese is the gentler option. Booking the following evening usually works better than the same night. If you hurt yourself in a fall rather than simply feeling sore, see a doctor first.
Can I book a massage for a visiting relative?
Yes, and it is one of our most common bookings in Al Barsha. You can request a therapist who speaks their language, which matters a great deal for an older visitor with limited English, and you choose the therapist’s gender and see their name, photograph and DHA licence number before anyone arrives. For a tired or elderly guest, Swedish at ninety minutes is usually the better choice than deep tissue. Mention their age and any medication when you book.
Do you come to hotels around Mall of the Emirates?
Yes. Many of the mid-range hotels in Al Barsha have no spa at all, so a home massage is often the only option rather than an alternative. The rate is the same one a resident pays, with no in-room premium or service charge, and we are available late at night and early in the morning. Send your hotel name and room number.
Do you come to villas in Al Barsha 2 and 3?
Yes. Nothing needs arranging beyond the address, and space is never an issue in a Barsha villa. If your street is one of the ones where numbering is confusing, send a location pin along with the address.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe payment links, Botim, Ziina, and bank transfer. Cash is accepted in UAE dirhams or in any major world currency including US dollars, pounds sterling, euros, Indian and Pakistani rupees and Philippine pesos. Payment is always taken after the session, never in advance.
Can I request a female therapist?
Yes, and it is guaranteed rather than requested. Gender preference is confirmed at booking, and the therapist named in your confirmation is the one who arrives. Male therapists are equally available.
Can I book a therapist who speaks my language?
Yes. Our team includes therapists from Indian, Filipino, Thai, Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Japanese and European backgrounds. Ask when you book, and we will match you where availability allows.
Is home massage legal in Dubai?
Yes, when the service is delivered by therapists licensed by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA). Massage in the UAE is a regulated activity, and legitimate providers are required to work with DHA-licensed therapists rather than informal freelancers. Every therapist we send holds a valid DHA licence, and we publish their licence numbers on our therapist page so you can verify them yourself before you book something. We would encourage you to do this with any provider you consider.
How much space do I need?
About two metres by two metres of clear floor. Any Al Barsha villa manages this easily, and any apartment manages it once a coffee table is moved aside.
I spend hours a day on school runs, and my shoulders are always tight. What helps?
Sixty minutes of deep tissue focused on the shoulders, neck and upper back, with the session kept above the waist. Short repeated drives keep the shoulders slightly raised and the neck fixed in one position, and carrying a bag or a child on one side leaves one shoulder sitting higher than the other. Concentrated work on that area does more than a full-body session of the same length.
How quickly can a therapist reach Al Barsha?
Usually sixty to ninety minutes from confirmation, and confirmation takes about thirty. Al Barsha is central and well connected, so availability here is good at any hour, including overnight.
Do you work late at night in Al Barsha?
Yes, twenty-four hours a day, every day, including public holidays, at the same rate as a daytime session.
