Home Massage in Business Bay: A DHA-Licensed Therapist at Your Apartment, Any Hour
Message us, approve the therapist, and someone is at your door with a professional table in about sixty to ninety minutes. Sessions from AED 400. Any hour of any day, at the same price at midnight as at midday.
Most of our Business Bay bookings are made the same evening they happen. That is the point of the service.
Business Bay Does Not Have an Off Switch
Every district in Dubai has a character. Business Bay’s is that nobody here stops.
This is where the small companies are: agencies, consultancies, trading firms, startups, brokerages. Thousands of them, stacked through the towers along the canal. The people who run them and work in them are not clocking off at six. They are answering messages at ten, working Saturdays, taking calls in other time zones, and keeping a laptop within reach of the bed.
What that does to a body is less about any single muscle and more about never coming down. Shoulders sit permanently a centimetre higher than they should. The jaw stays lightly clenched without you noticing until someone points it out. Breathing gets shallow and high in the chest. Sleep takes longer to arrive and is lighter when it does. And there is a band of tightness across the upper back and neck that has been there so long you have stopped registering it as tension and started treating it as normal.
None of that is dramatic. That is exactly why it goes unaddressed for years.
A massage will not fix an eighty-hour week. What it reliably does is interrupt it for an hour where the phone is in another room, someone is working on the shoulders that have been carrying it, and the nervous system gets a genuine reason to drop for the first time in a while. People sleep better that night. That is usually the thing they notice first.
If you get headaches often, or they are severe, see a doctor about it rather than booking a massage and hoping. Massage helps with the muscular tightness in the neck and shoulders that some headaches sit on top of. It is not the right first answer to a headache problem.
Four Reasons People Here Do Not Book and What Is Actually True
"I don't have ninety minutes."
You have sixty. That is enough for real work if it is focused rather than spread across the whole body, and you decide the focus.
Tell us at booking: shoulders, neck and upper back, nothing else. A therapist who spends the full hour on the area that actually hurts will do more for you than ninety minutes distributed evenly across a body where only one part is the problem. Most people default to full-body because that is what a spa menu offers. You are not ordering from a menu here.
And the hour is genuinely an hour. There is no travel at either end, no arriving fifteen minutes early, no changing room, no herbal tea you did not want. Sixty minutes from your door to your door.
"I've had a bad massage before."
Almost everyone has, and the reason is nearly always the same: the therapist was wrong for the job, or nobody asked what you wanted before starting.
The first is why we show you the therapist’s name, photograph, specialisation and DHA licence number before anything is confirmed, and publish every licence number on our therapist page. Someone trained in deep tissue is a different practitioner to someone whose strength is relaxation work. Being able to see which you are getting is not a detail.
The second is why every session opens with a short conversation, and why you can say “too light” or “too much” at any point without it being awkward. Adjusting is the job.
If the session still is not up to standard, tell us, and we rebook you free. We would rather do that than have you conclude massage does not work for you.
"A spa would be better."
For a hammam, a steam room, a pool, afternoon yes, obviously. Go to a spa.
For sixty to ninety minutes of hands-on work, no. The treatment is the therapist and what they know, not the room it happens in. What a spa adds is a drive each way, a booking made days ahead, a lobby, and a price that covers the marble.
What a home session adds is that you do not have to move afterwards. The forty minutes of calm after a good massage is most of the value, and spending it in a car on Al Khail Road removes it entirely. Ask anyone who has done both.
"I don't want a stranger in my apartment."
Reasonable, and it is the concern we take most seriously.
You see the therapist’s name, photo, specialisation and licence number before you agree to anything. You can look the licence up. You choose the gender, and you can request the language. The person named in your confirmation is the person who arrives; if anyone else turns up, do not let them in, and you owe nothing.
Our therapists work in apartments all day. They arrive in professional clothing with a folded table, set up in the room you choose, and leave when the session ends. Nothing about the arrival draws attention in a Business Bay lobby.
What to Book If You Only Book Once
Most people here are trying a home massage for the first time, so keep it simple.
If your shoulders and neck are the problem and in Business Bay they usually are, book deep tissue, sixty minutes, focused on the upper back, shoulders and neck. Ask for nothing else. Expect it to be firm and to feel better the day after rather than during.
If you are more wrung out than sore, not sleeping properly, and your mind will not stop, book Swedish, ninety minutes, full body. It works at a lighter pressure and is aimed at settling you rather than at breaking up tight tissue. This is the better first booking for most people who have never had a professional massage.
If you want firm work but deep tissue sounds like too much, book Balinese. Medium to firm, therapeutic, and considerably more pleasant while it is happening.
If you sit all day and feel compressed rather than tight, book Thai. Assisted stretching on a floor mat, done through clothing without oils, aimed at movement rather than muscle tension.
If there are two of you, book a couples massage: two therapists, two tables, one session in your own apartment.
Not sure? Describe the problem in your message. We will tell you what to book, including when the shorter session is the right one.
Getting In
Business Bay towers are straightforward, and we are in them constantly.
No registration in most buildings. Your therapist goes up as any visitor would. A few towers with a manned reception prefer visitors announced; one call from you settles it. Name your building at booking, and we will get you the therapist’s name in time.
Mixed-use buildings. A lot of Business Bay towers hold offices on the lower floors and apartments above, sometimes with separate lift banks. If yours is one of them, say so and mention which entrance to use. It is the single most common cause of a therapist ending up in the wrong lobby here.
The table goes in the passenger lift. It folds flat and is carried like a large case. No service lift, no permit, no building approval.
Parking. Visitor parking varies considerably tower to tower and is tight in the evening. Give us the building name, and it gets sorted before arrival.
Short-lets and corporate apartments. A large share of Business Bay is let short-term or held as company housing. If access runs through a lockbox, a smart lock, or a host, tell us how when you book.

Settling Up
Payment comes after the session, never before. Nothing is charged when you book.
Visa and Mastercard, credit or debit. Apple Pay. Google Pay. A Stripe link if you would rather not hand a card over. Botim, Ziina or straight bank transfer.
Cash works too, in dirhams or in any world currency you happen to be holding: dollars, pounds, euros, rupees, Australian or New Zealand dollars. Useful if you travel constantly, which in this part of town most people do.
What Your Apartment Needs to Have
About two metres by two metres of clear floor. A Business Bay studio or one-bedroom manages it once a coffee table is pushed to the wall. You do not need a spare room, and you do not need to tidy genuinely; nobody is looking.
Everything else arrives with the therapist: table, oils, fresh linens, music if you want it. Skip a heavy meal in the hour before, drink some water, and mention any injury, recent surgery, pregnancy, high blood pressure, or medication affecting circulation when you book. There is a short consultation before anything starts.
Who Comes
A massage works better when you can talk to the person doing it. Pressure, sore spots, what to avoid, when something is too much if that conversation is hard work, the session quietly gets worse, because you say less than you should and the therapist adjusts less than they should.
So we match on language and training background as well as technique. Our team includes therapists trained in Thai, Indian, Filipino, Russian, Arabic, Japanese, Chinese and European traditions, and you can ask for a particular language when you book.
You get the name, photograph, specialisation and DHA licence number before you confirm. Every number is published, which, as far as we can find, no other home massage service in Dubai does; most claim DHA licensing, and none of them will let you check it.
How It Works
WhatsApp us with the treatment, the length, your building and apartment number, the time, and whether you want a male or female therapist and a particular language.
You will have a confirmation in about thirty minutes: name, photo, specialisation, licence number, arrival estimate. Nothing is locked in until you approve it.
The therapist arrives with everything, sets up in a few minutes in whichever room you prefer, has a short conversation about what you want, and delivers the session. Afterwards, you get straightforward aftercare water, a stretch or two if relevant, and an honest view on whether this is worth repeating.
What You Get That You Would Not Elsewhere
Published licence numbers. Everyone claims DHA-licensed therapists. We let you check.
The whole rate card is on the page. No quote-on-request, no midnight surcharge, no travel fee, no upsell once someone is in your flat.
You approve the therapist first. Name, photo, specialisation, language, not whoever is free.
A team, not an app. Booking platforms hand you to whichever independent provider accepts. We vet ours, stand behind them, and rebook you free if a session falls short.
Any hour means any hour. A 1 am booking is ordinary here and costs the same as a 1 pm one.
Nearby
Business Bay sits in the middle of everything. Downtown Dubai is next door, DIFC a few minutes north, and we work across Al Quoz, Za’abeel, Bur Dubai and Jumeirah daily. Dubai Hills is a straight run down Al Khail, and Dubai Marina and JLT are covered around the clock. Wherever you are, our Dubai-wide massage service reaches you.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does a home massage cost in Business Bay?
Sessions start at AED 400 for sixty minutes of deep tissue or Balinese, and AED 450 for sixty minutes of Swedish, Thai, hot stone, or full body relaxation. Ninety minutes start at AED 550 and two hours at AED 700. Couples massage with two therapists starts at AED 800. The price covers the therapist, table, oils, linens, setup and travel, with no delivery charge and no late-night surcharge.
How quickly can a therapist get to Business Bay?
Usually sixty to ninety minutes from confirmation, and confirmation itself takes around thirty. Business Bay is one of our fastest areas at any hour.
Can I book a sixty-minute session focused only on my neck and shoulders?
Yes, and for most people here it is the better choice than a spread-out full body hour. Say so at booking, and the therapist will spend the session on that area rather than dividing the time evenly.
My building has offices below and apartments above. Does that matter?
Only in that you should tell us. Several Business Bay towers are mixed-use with separate lift banks or entrances, and naming the right entrance at booking prevents a therapist arriving in the wrong lobby. It is the most common cause of a delayed arrival in this area.
Do I need to register the therapist with reception?
Usually not. A few Business Bay towers with manned reception prefer visitors announced, which is a one-minute call from you. Name your building at booking, and we will send you the therapist’s name in advance.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe payment links, Botim, Ziina and bank transfer. Cash is accepted in UAE dirhams or in any major world currency including US dollars, pounds sterling, euros, Indian rupees and Australian and New Zealand dollars. Payment is always taken after the session.
Can I request a female therapist?
Yes, and it is guaranteed rather than requested. Gender preference is confirmed at booking, and the therapist named in your confirmation is the one who arrives. Male therapists are equally available.
Can I book a therapist who speaks my language?
Yes. Our team includes therapists from Thai, Indian, Filipino, Russian, Arabic, Japanese, Chinese and European backgrounds. Ask at booking, and we will match you where availability allows.
Is home massage legal in Dubai?
Yes, when the service is delivered by therapists licensed by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA). Massage in the UAE is a regulated activity, and legitimate providers are required to work with DHA-licensed therapists rather than informal freelancers. Every therapist we send holds a valid DHA licence, and we publish their licence numbers on our therapist page so you can verify them yourself before you book something; we would encourage you to do with any provider you consider.
I sit at a screen for twelve hours a day. What should I book?
A sixty-minute deep tissue session focused on the upper back, shoulders and neck. That is where desk tension concentrates, and an hour of concentrated work there does more than ninety minutes spread across the whole body. If you are more exhausted than sore, or sleep is the bigger problem, Swedish massage is the better choice.
Do you work late at night in Business Bay?
Yes, twenty-four hours a day, every day, including public holidays, at the same rate as a daytime session. Late bookings are a large share of what we do in this district.
How much space do I need?
Roughly two metres by two metres of clear floor. A studio or one-bedroom is fine once a coffee table is moved aside.
What if the massage is not good?
Tell us, and we rebook you with a different therapist at no charge. We would rather do that than have you write off home massage on one bad session.
