TERMS OF SERVICE & ROUTING RULES
1. PAYMENT — DUBAI LOCATIONS
For all clearly verified residential and hotel addresses within Dubai, payment is made upon the therapist’s arrival. Our therapists carry secure POS terminals accepting:
– Apple Pay
– Google Pay
– Visa & Mastercard
– Cash
2. SHARJAH BOOKINGS
We provide massage services to Sharjah residents under the following terms:
– 100% of the massage session fee must be paid in advance before therapist deployment.
– The therapist’s taxi fare (to and from your Sharjah location) is paid directly by the client to the driver upon the therapist’s arrival — this is separate from the advance payment and ensures you pay the exact actual fare with full transparency.
Please note: We do not currently provide dispatch services to Ajman.
3. UNVERIFIED LOCATION DEPOSIT
Our dispatch team requires an exact building name and a verifiable GPS pin to ensure fast and accurate arrival. If a client declines to provide sufficient location information, a 50% upfront deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining 50% is paid to the therapist upon arrival.
This deposit applies only when minimum verification details are not provided. Standard bookings with a clear building name and GPS pin are not subject to any deposit.
FES4. PROSIONAL CONDUCT
We deliver 100% legitimate, licensed, and professional mobile massage therapy. Our therapists are trained to leave the premises immediately if they encounter unsafe environments, intoxicated individuals, or any unprofessional behaviour. In such cases, the full session fee remains payable.
5. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant UAE courts.
